Nibbybait. Got a new Xeon to upgrade my HP Z400. Now I just need to upgrade this ancient Quadro FX580 and get a mechanical hard drive ‘cos a 120gb SSD is pretty rubbish for storage.
BmanUltima's car still hasn't been fixed yet, he'll get on it tomorrow, honest.

Yeah any Quadro that has FX in the model name is pretty outdated these days. I found a Quadro 600 laying around the office the other day and stuffed it in my workstation to get some features running in SolidWorks that refused to run on my GeForce card. It is holding its own pretty well so far for a basic card that is a few years old now. You can find them on eBay for under $40.

I don’t think the mobo in this HP Z400 supports overclocking. Also I’ve just got a stock cooler so that might not be the best idea

Doubt it. Probably going to get a cheap consumer card that can handle GTA V on low settings.
